Now, to become a licensed Realtor and to pay your first year national, state, and local Association Dues, fees, you will need approximately $1600 --- after that, to sustain your license each year, you will pay out approximately $1200 to pay for your associate dues, mls fees, and yet, the company itself only assesses $299 a year.
